According to the young man who lives in California, after completing his graduation degree in computer science from the University of California, he worked in a software company and also started a master’s degree in information and data science.

Ethan Ngonli told foreign broadcaster CNBC in an interview that he completed his master’s in August 2022 and got a job as a software engineer at Google before receiving his degree. Ethan Ngoli credits his parents for instilling in him the importance of investing in stocks rather than keeping his money in a bank account. Today, his annual income, including salary and stock, is one hundred and ninety-four thousand dollars (more than 60 million Pakistani rupees).
Savings Account
“My parents taught me that if you leave your money in a savings account. It will become worthless over time. After which I started investing in various places. Including real estate,” says Ethan Ngonli. Ethan Ngonli bought a property in Florida in early 2022. And about a year later he bought a house in California for his residence. Ethan Ngonli has invested about $135,000 in these two properties. And now he pays 35% of his salary. They intend to expand their real estate portfolio by investing continuously.
Retirement Accounts
Ethan Ngonli has set a goal of continuing to invest in his retirement accounts. And buying a new property every two years to reach his $5 million goal. Ethan Ngonli said he doesn’t spend much money on food because Google provides him with free breakfast and lunch. Also, they prefer to wear simple and cheap clothes instead of expensive brand clothes. They love to travel and usually go on a trip three to four times a year.
